A Busy Junction

Our Story

Our founder was an avid cyclist who logged more than 500 hours per month on the saddle, often through the busy streets of several metropolitan areas. Concerned by the increasing number of incidents, accidents and fatalities, he began to jot down traffic patterns, motorists' reaction time, single or team cyclists, behavioral trends, and law enforcement. Once the information was gathered, he submitted it to specialists on behavioral science to establish proper measurement of reaction time in the face of imminent danger. The results were astounding and led to the invention of an effective warning device that was as simple as it was innovative: the bicycle warning light. Labeled as the "Safety Mate," it warned motorists and pedestrians that cyclists were present, allowing them to make the necessary adjustments to speed and enhancing awareness.

Our founder also noticed that there were no effective warning indicators for emergency vehicles, despite the increasing number of accidents and incidents they suffered as they dealt with heavy traffic at certain key intersections. This observation, backed by research and studies, led the to the invention of the  DES (Directional Emergency Signal). This system allows motorists to quickly identify the direction "from where" and "to where" emergency vehicles travel, thereby allowing them to clear the way without increasing the potential for accidents and incidents.

Both of these devices were granted  full US patents, which makes them unique and first of their kind. A third patent is in review for home security devices, which should be granted in the near future.
